Strategic Entry · Pre-Validation Pricing
A strategic entry point
before validation
strengthens the underwriting case.
What Predikta does
Predikta gives brands and institutions a way to simulate likely audience response before spending on campaigns, media, or research — replacing weeks of traditional research with behavioral intelligence generated in minutes.
Why Brave is uniquely positioned
Brave already has skin in this ecosystem through 917V's equity stake. Predikta is a direct operating asset for AdSpark, Inquiro, M360, and RUSH — not a portfolio bet, but a capability multiplier across the group's existing revenue lines.
The near-term catalyst
A 200+ historical campaign validation is the next major de-risking event. If results are strong, they should materially reduce the hardest-to-underwrite risk in the model and improve the basis for a stronger financing position in the next round.
Why waiting is expensive
Brave's opportunity to secure meaningful ownership at current pricing is strongest before the validation milestone is complete. If the results are strong, the basis for current-stage pricing becomes harder to justify for future investors.
Why Brave Should Move Before Validation
Four reasons the timing matters now
This is not urgency for its own sake. It reflects a genuine asymmetry between pre- and post-validation pricing.
01
Pre-validation pricing
Netopia AI is currently priced before large-scale historical validation. The $6M valuation cap reflects the current pre-validation stage. A materially stronger evidence base — should validation succeed — would reasonably support a different pricing conversation with future investors.
02
Near-term validation catalyst
200+ historical campaigns are currently being tested against Predikta's outputs, with initial results targeted for Q2 2026.
03
What success means
Strong results would address the primary open question for investors: whether Predikta predicts meaningfully in real-world commercial settings. A credible answer to that question should improve how the business is underwritten.
04
Cost of delay
Brave may find the strategic entry at current terms harder to secure post-validation — both in pricing and in the leverage to shape commercial integration depth. That is the honest asymmetry.
Why Brave Connective — Operating Advantage Across the Group
AdSpark · DeepSea · Secret Menu
Pre-test creative before media spend lands
AdSpark is not just a validation partner — it is already a commercial partner. Through engagements like Fern-C and Nestlé, Predikta has demonstrated real commercial pathways, not just technical promise. AdSpark is also the data source for the 200+ campaign validation exercise currently underway. To reiterate: while we are doing the backtesting, commercial activities are already happening with FernC and Nestle.
6–12 month operating leverage: Reduce wasted impressions, improve campaign planning accuracy, create a measurable differentiation in AdSpark's pitch to brand clients.
Inquiro
Turn research engagements into faster, higher-margin studies
Pilot with Inquiro is positioned to scale customer analytics and enable cross-utilization of behavioral intelligence across Globe's 94 million subscribers. Predikta can replace or augment traditional quantitative studies with AI-simulated behavioral research — delivering results in days rather than weeks at a fraction of field cost.
6–12 month operating leverage: Increase study throughput, improve margin on research engagements, and offer clients a faster insights product alongside traditional research.
M360
Improve targeting logic and message framing for A2P campaigns
Predikta's behavioral profiles can improve how M360 segments and sequences A2P messaging — particularly where psychographic nuance matters more than demographic targeting.
6–12 month operating leverage: Better open and conversion rates on A2P campaigns, stronger case for psychographic-driven messaging as a premium M360 product line.
RUSH
Model what actually sustains loyalty across behavioral segments
Predikta can identify which psychological drivers sustain engagement versus trigger churn for different customer archetypes — moving RUSH beyond points-based mechanics toward behaviorally-grounded retention strategy.
6–12 month operating leverage: Improve loyalty program ROI, reduce churn in high-value segments, and create a more defensible product differentiation for RUSH clients.

What is being compared
Predikta sentiment output vs. observed response
Predikta's simulated sentiment and resonance outputs are being compared against observed campaign results, including post-campaign survey data and other performance indicators where comparable outcome data exists.
Success definition
Directional alignment above chance baseline
Success is defined as Predikta showing statistically meaningful directional alignment with observed outcomes relative to a random or chance baseline. This is not a claim of perfect prediction; it is a test of whether the model produces usable signal above noise. Failure would mean results that do not outperform that baseline.
Who selected the campaigns
Independent data set — not cherry-picked
Campaign selection criteria applied before results were known. The exercise is designed to avoid selection bias in the validation sample — campaigns were not chosen because outcomes were already favorable.
Who is reviewing results
Internal + University of the Philippines co-author review
Results are being reviewed with the academic co-authors from University of the Philippines Los Baños and University of the Philippines Diliman who co-authored the published arXiv methodology — providing an independent check outside the commercial team.
Expected completion
Q2 2026
Initial results are targeted for Q2 2026. This is the key de-risking milestone ahead of any Series A process. A strong result would represent the clearest commercial credibility proof point Predikta has produced to date.
What Has Been De-Risked · What Still Needs Proving
✓ Already de-risked
Research foundation: Methodical validation publicly documented on arXiv, co-authored with University of the Philippines Los Baños and University of the Philippines Diliman. Independently verifiable.
Ecosystem access: Globe's 917Ventures took an equity stake. AdSpark and Inquiro are active pilots inside the Brave-linked ecosystem today.
Early paying clients: 3 revenue-generating clients (Thynker Tech, UNBOX Philippines, GlutaMAX). Pipeline of 5 active pilots and 15+ named prospects.
Product delivery: v1.1 live with Sentiment, Emotion & Cognition simulation + Social Listening. Campaign v2.0 and v3.0 roadmapped for 2026.
Team: Co-founder Jason Albia MS as CSOO/CTO. Advisors include Aldo Carrascoso (InterVenn, $1B+), Jojo Flores (Plug and Play, $10B+).
→ What still needs proving
Validation at scale: The 200+ campaign exercise is the next major proof point. Results are pending. This remains the most important near-term technical and commercial credibility question.
Repeat purchase behavior: We have early paying clients, but we have not yet demonstrated consistent renewal and expansion within accounts.
Brave-linked commercial use cases: AdSpark and Inquiro pilots are active, but the full operating leverage within the Brave group has not been proven at revenue scale yet.
Product maturity at Phase 2: People and FGD modules are scoped for 2027. Execution risk on expanding the product surface remains real.

What This Category Tells Us
Aaru and Electric Twin validate that investors and enterprise clients will pay for AI-based audience simulation. Netopia's distinction is localized Philippine data, early methodological transparency, and ecosystem access through 917V and Brave-linked entities. We see limited evidence of a comparable localized behavioral simulation platform operating in Southeast Asia at this stage.
Predikta
Netopia AI · Manila + Singapore
Localized Filipino behavioral data. Methodical validation publicly documented on arXiv with University of the Philippines co-authors. Strategic shareholder via 917V/Globe. Active pilots inside Brave-linked AdSpark and Inquiro. Current advantage: localization, ecosystem access, and early methodological transparency.
Electric Twin
London · $14M raised · Atomico Series A
Proves the model is commercially legible in developed markets. Bring-your-own-data model — clients must supply their own survey data. No proprietary regional dataset. No Southeast Asian presence. Methodology not publicly documented.
Aaru
New York · $50M+ raised · $1B headline valuation
Demonstrates investor appetite for AI-based audience simulation at scale. Market context, data structure, and regional focus differ materially from Predikta's, but the category signal is clear.
The Round · Why Brave Leading Is Better Than Angel Fragmentation
Investment Round
$1.5M
Simple Agreement for Future Equity · $6M Valuation Cap
For Brave specifically
Taking the full round is structurally different from participating in it. Leading gives Brave the opportunity to secure meaningful ownership, deeper commercial integration, and stronger influence over follow-on alignment before the validation milestone is complete. A fragmented angel round provides capital, but not the same strategic coherence. The ask is not only financial participation; it is the chance to secure an operating asset early.
Convert active pilots to paid contracts — close AdSpark, Inquiro, and Globe as first revenue-generating ecosystem clients
Advance Campaign v2.0 and v3.0 roadmap — image input simulation and proprietary client data layer
Complete the 200+ campaign validation exercise — a key de-risking milestone ahead of any Series A process
Build the basis for a stronger Series A process — targeting ₱6M ARR, completed validation, and clearer commercial conversion by end-2026
Long-Term Upside · The Larger Vision
The Philippines as the first proof point for a regional behavioral intelligence platform
If Predikta proves its model in the Philippine market — the largest Spanish-influenced English-speaking market in Southeast Asia, with a digitally active population of 110M+ — the playbook is repeatable. Each new ASEAN market requires the same foundation: a baseline psychographic survey, local data partnerships, and ecosystem distribution. That is the same playbook that built the Philippine model. The national-scale vision — simulating population response to policy, governance, and institutional decision-making — follows only after recurring commercial revenue is proven. We are not leading with that ambition. We are building toward it deliberately.
We are offering Brave the opportunity to take the full $1.5M round under current pre-validation terms, ahead of a material validation milestone and before broader fundraising changes the financing dynamics.
